Tasks

Management tasks (responsibilities):

 The Training Department undertakes the following tasks:

  • Communicating with the entities supporting the programs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and others) in order to obtain the motivational support of these entities, which is represented in urging and encouraging trained entities to participate in training programs with new training opportunities or increasing the available opportunities, as well as in order to obtain their support. Material for program activities.

  • Assisting training units in colleges in the event of a deficiency in the number of opportunities available for training, and coordinating this with the training authorities

  • Coordinating with all training units in colleges regarding student registration procedures and preparing for meetings related to preparing students for the training program

  • Providing systemic, organizational and procedural advice to training units in colleges during the training phase and all other stages of the training program

  • Follow up on the annual reports of training units in colleges and benefit from the recommendations submitted

  • Preparing the annual report on student training at the university based on the reports of the training units in the colleges and submitting it to the Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs

  • Developing cooperative training in coordination with colleges and training entities in the public and private sectors (and if necessary, with the Permanent Committee for Study Plans) to meet the requirements of the Saudi labor market

  • Strengthening joint cooperative relations with training entities through cooperation agreements or memorandums of understanding

  • Supporting university colleges in designing and implementing cooperative training programs with integrated components and a mature training environment. So that it meets the needs of the graduate, the university, and the labor market.
